Prize Redemption Methods
Currently on Juice.gg, you can request a prize redemption in two ways:
Cryptocurrency → ETH, USDT, or BTC
Steam Skins → CS2 skins delivered through SkinDeck and SkinsBack
How to Redeem a Prize
Go to the Wallet page and select Redeem.
Select your preferred method: Crypto or Steam Skins.
Enter the required details:
For crypto → provide your wallet address, and the amount you wish to redeem.
For Steam → ensure your Steam is linked and your trade URL is set, then select the skin(s) you wish to redeem.
Review and confirm your redemption request.
Wait for processing:
Crypto redemptions require network confirmations and may require approval.
Steam skin redemptions depend on marketplace supply and processing.
Important Notes
Make sure any play requirements are met before trying to request a prize redemption.
Steam redemptions are subject to market availability, processing, and prices.
Crypto redemptions may take longer depending on blockchain traffic.
Common Issues
Redemption delays → We aim to process all redemptions as quickly as possible in the order they are received. If it has been more than 24 hours, feel free to reach out to support for assistance.
Unverified account → You must have a confirmed email and 2FA enabled before making a redemption.
Wrong crypto address → Always double-check; blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Steam trade errors → Ensure your trade link is valid and your Steam account can receive trades.
