Gift cards are a simple way to buy Coins on Juice.gg. You can purchase them directly through our platform and redeem them instantly.

Purchasing a Gift Card

  1. Open your Wallet.

  2. Under the Cash category, select Gift Card.

  3. Choose the gift card you’d like to purchase.

  4. Complete your purchase through the integrated Kinguin menu.

  5. You’ll receive your gift card code by email (to the address you provided).

Redeeming a Gift Card

  1. Open your Wallet.

  2. Click Redeem Gift Card.

  3. Paste your gift card code into the text box.

  4. Click Redeem — your Coins will be credited instantly.

Important Notes

  • Only Juice.gg–compatible Kinguin cards will work — other gift cards may not be accepted.

  • Gift card purchase credit must be used on Juice.gg — it cannot be redeemed back into cash.

  • Codes are case-sensitive — enter them exactly as provided.

Common Issues

  • Invalid code error → Double-check for typos.

  • Card not processing → Wait a few minutes and try again; contact support if the issue persists.

  • Coins not credited → Make sure you used a valid Juice.gg gift card; reach out to support if needed.
