Common Purchase Issues

  1. Crypto purchase not showing up

    • Confirm network confirmations — crypto purchases (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC) require confirmations before Coins are credited.

    • Double-check the wallet address — make sure funds were sent to the exact address provided by Juice.gg.

  2. Gift card code not working

    • Ensure correct input — codes are case-sensitive, so watch for typos.

    • Verify gift card validity — only Juice.gg–compatible Kinguin cards will work.

    • If it still doesn’t work, contact support with your code details.


Common Redemption Issues

  1. Redemption delays

    • Redemptions are processed as quickly as possible in the order they’re received.

    • Crypto redemptions may require confirmations and approval.

    • Steam skin redemptions depend on marketplace supply and processing.

    • If it has been more than 24 hours, contact support.

  2. Unverified account

    • You must have a confirmed email and 2FA enabled before redeeming prizes.

  3. Crypto redemption not received

    • Confirm the blockchain transaction in a blockchain explorer.

    • Check for network congestion — high traffic can slow down confirmations.

    • Always verify the wallet address before redeeming — crypto transactions are irreversible.

  4. Steam trade not received

    • Inventory must be set to public.

    • Ensure your Steam account is linked and your trade URL is valid.

    • Check if the trade offer expired or was declined in your Steam history.

    • Steam Guard or trade hold issues can delay trades if recent account changes were made.
