Coins can be purchased, but they have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
Purchasing Coins gives you a license to use them in games.
Coins do not contribute to certain rewards like Races, Affiliates, or Juice Ranking.
Chips are our virtual promotional currency, used for sweepstakes games.
Chips cannot be purchased — they can only be collected for free through promotions such as Free Cases, Juice Pool, Races, Rejuice, Giveaways, Promotional Codes, Mail-in Requests, or as a bonus when purchasing Coins.
Chips have no monetary value, but users may redeem Chips for cash prizes according to the Terms of Use and Sweepstakes Rules.

Complete KYC Verification to confirm you are a real user.
Free Chips can be earned via Free Cases, Juice Pool, Races, Rejuice, Giveaways, Promo Codes, Mail-in Requests, or as a free bonus with Coin purchases.
Free Coins can be earned via Daily Bonus, Top Up Bonus, Juice Pool, Rejuice, and more.

What is KYC Verification?

I opened a case, how do I get my item?
All items on Juice.gg are virtual. Any item you win is automatically converted into balance — there is no on-site inventory.
My screen froze or I was disconnected in the middle of a game. What happens?
Your results are safe. The provably fair system determines the outcome as soon as the game starts, even if animations are still playing.
If you win, your account will be credited automatically, regardless of interruptions.

Are there requirements to chat?

How can I self-exclude?
You can voluntarily suspend your account through Self-Exclusion:
Temporarily or permanently prevents access to logins, games, purchases, redemptions, and rewards.
